Coming Events
Perth Historical Society Meetings are open to the public and are held on the third Wednesday of each month*, at 7:30 p.m. in the gallery of Matheson House, home of the Perth Museum, at 11 Gore Street East in downtown Perth. A voluntary “Toonie Fee” (donation) is suggested for each meeting. See below for upcoming meetings

* there are normally no meetings in July, August and December.

May 16, 2012 PHS Monthly Meeting Major John R. Grodzinski, Department of History, Royal Military College, Kingston, on the events of the War of 1812 in this region.

June 20, 2012     PHS Monthly Meeting Tour of the Bowes Mill and museum, on Bowes Road, in Tay Valley Township, followed by a joint meeting with the Tay Valley 200 Anniversary Group, at the EcoTay Conference Centre, 942 Upper Scotch Line Road (map at www.ecotay.com/getting-here/). Transportation can be arranged - call 264 0094.
